How the Webinar Works

The Warrior Webinar typically hosts around 40 participants per session. Upon joining, clear expectations are set to ensure a safe and confidential environment for all. Over the 4.5 hours, participants will engage in psychoeducational content delivered through lectures, discussions, and videos. You’ll also have 15-minute breaks to practice self-care and recharge. At the end of the session, you'll receive a range of resources to continue supporting your healing journey.

The Warrior Webinar is designed specifically for men who experienced childhood sexual abuse and are currently functioning well across multiple areas of their lives. This webinar is not intended for crisis intervention. If you are struggling with untreated mental health symptoms or active substance addiction, we encourage you to seek professional support before attending.

The Warrior Webinar is a 4.5-hour interactive and educational online experience. We also incorporate 15-minute breaks throughout the session to give participants a chance to engage in self-care and recharge.

No, sharing personal details about your childhood sexual abuse is not required. At the start of the webinar, you’ll have the option to introduce yourself and share only what you're comfortable with. The goal is to create a supportive community, not to force anyone to relive painful experiences.

The Warrior Webinar is hosted approximately 3–4 times each month at various times during the workweek. Each session lasts for 4.5 hours, including breaks.

Yes, to foster a sense of connection and community with others who have experienced similar traumas, participants are required to have their cameras on. Additionally, we encourage you to actively engage by asking questions, sharing comments, and participating in small-group discussions.
