We encourage you to share your own authentic and distinctive journey. As you consider what to include, remember that your primary objective is to uplift, empower, and motivate other survivors.
Here are some guidelines to assist you:
- Refrain from discussing specific details of the abuse or disclosing information about the perpetrator, as these details may rekindle trauma for survivors.
- Highlight a pivotal breakthrough moment that served as a turning point in your healing journey. We would love to hear how you are progressing and finding healing.
