These holes were large and visible enough for someone to enter through, which not only compromised the security of my unit but also allowed for a gnat invasion. The proximity of my unit to the trash room led to a series of exterminations, foul odors emanating from the trash room, and direct visibility of my unit.

As part of the agreement, Monique agreed to provide a rent concession of 90 days (equivalent to 3 months), dating back to the period in which my unit was deemed uninhabitable. In return, I agreed not to pursue legal action or publicly acknowledge the uninhabitable condition of my unit, which necessitated the signing of the NDA.

I want to bring to your attention that 2 out of the 3 months of the rent concession have already been honored, and I greatly appreciate that. However, the final month remains pending, resulting in a balance that has not yet been addressed. I kindly request that you honor the agreement made by Monique and provide the remaining rent concession, as per our previous discussions.
