A Safe Place for Healing and Expression
Our support groups offer a nurturing, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and begin your healing journey. Through clinically informed activities and resources—carefully reviewed by our licensed therapists—you’ll gain a deeper understanding of trauma, its impact on the brain and body, and how it can affect your life. This knowledge empowers you to make small, intentional changes that can transform your relationship with the trauma of childhood sexual abuse.
Have Questions? If you’re unsure or have questions about our groups, join one of our interest meetings. Our TGF staff will be there to provide clarity and answer any questions you may have.
